The service from our hotel to LAX was disastrous and the driver point blank refused to help and so did the company when I called. Dispatch was too chicken to speak to me at all and Reservation had no control over anything, according to them, so they did nothing also. Nabel was a very old man that kept telling me not to upset him because he had to drive so after about 10 times I told him that he should not be doing this job and that finally shut him up.…”
