“I give this Starline shuttle service a resounding ZERO I would give them negative stars if that was possible. The service from our hotel to LAX was disastrous and the driver point blank refused to help and so did the company when I called. Dispatch was too chicken to speak to me at all and Reservation had no control over anything, according to them, so they did nothing also. Nabel was a very old man that kept telling me not to upset him because he had to drive so after about 10 times I told him that he should not be doing this job and that finally shut him up.…”
